Appointing Committee
The Appointing Committee decides on the appointment and replacement of arbitrators.
It rules on challenges and terminates the mandate of arbitrators. Details of the task and the mode of operation of the Appointing Committee are specified in the Statutes for the ELArb Arbitration Center. Currently the members of the Appointing Committee are:
