Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of between 8 and 16 arbitration experts from Europe and Latin America.
It advises the management of the ELArb Arbitration Center in all matters of institutional administration of arbitration proceedings ("Arbitration Management"). The Executive Committee determines the ELArb Arbitration Rules, the Statutes for the ELArb Arbitration Center, the Schedule of Costs. It also decides on the appointment and removal of members of the Appointing Committee.
