All persons in this ELArb-List of Arbitrators are either individual members or persons listed by corporate members of the ELArb European-Latinamerican Arbitration Association.

When using this list, please be aware that

• arbitrators must be appointed by the parties in accordance with the ELArb Arbitration Rules;
• parties are free in the selection of their arbitrators. If desired, they can orient themselves towards this ELArb-List of Arbitrators, which is not exhaustive;
• information on the arbitrators in this ELArb-List of Arbitrators has been made available by them and has not been checked by the ELArb Arbitration Center. The ELArb Arbitration Center does therefore not accept responsibility for correctness and completeness of the information.
